The Pro 6 R9 Rower features a combination of magnetic and air resistance resulting in an intense workout customized for both novice and expert rowers. Unlike other rowing machines that use water for resistance, the R9 uses its magnetic and dual air flywheel system for 16 levels of customized resistance to help you tone and strengthen your arms, legs, back, core and shoulders.
The Pro 6 R9 is one of the few rowers available that is completely self-powered. The onboard computer requires no power cords or wires and displays your total time, 500m split time, total distance, strokes per minute, calories per hour, and watts. It also comes with a built-in heart rate receiver.
When your workout is all said and done, the Pro 6 R9 Rower easily folds up and stores away unlike traditional rowers.
